Quick tips to restart your system

1. Stop eating meat for one month

Eliminating red meat alone can improve your health dramatically.

2. Drink plenty of water

Unless you have a medical reason not to, you should drink at least half a gallon of water every day. It helps cleanse your system and hydrate your skin. It should be the first thing you put in your mouth each morning and the last thing before you go to bed.

3. Eat more vegetables than anything else

At last half of every meal should consist of green vegetables, which contain potassium, a disease fighting mineral. The fresher the vegetables the better, but if you can't get fresh, go for frozen. Stay away from canned foods because all the nutrients have been processed out of them and they are loaded with chemical preservatives.

4. Eat fruit every day

Fruits help keep your bowels regular. They should be the first thing you eat every morning, in addition to whatever else you have.

5. Allow your food to digest properly & eliminate frequently

If you are eating the right foods on the right cycle, you should have no problem with either constipation or diarrhea. Try to eliminate your previous meal before ingesting the next one. If you have problems, eat an apple or drink some 100% pure apple or grape juice.

6. Always advise your medical professional of any changes you make in your diet or exercise activities
